Co-founded Amvention with Amarnath Maddireddy, my engineering classmate and collaborator since D4Devs. Together, we own and build companies across business software, commerce, and venture development.

Hawiot brings lighting, appliances, security, and daily routines under connected control. What began as a college home-automation prototype grew into a business serving homes and hospitality spaces, with installation and support alongside the technology.

UX Crafts works with businesses on product design, custom software, and automation. We begin with the operation itself—its processes, people, and constraints—then plan and build web applications, mobile products, and integrations around what the business needs.

Entrywala handles event discovery, ticket booking, and digital ticket delivery. Attendees receive their tickets through WhatsApp and email, while organisers have a platform for taking an event from announcement to attendance. We took its first version from idea to launch in about ten days.

My wife Chandrika and I saw the cost and limitations of HR software while running a 12-person team. NineRole brings HR, recruitment, payroll, projects, and employee workflows together, with all features free for startups below ten employees and a simple per-employee price as they grow.

My father and brother manage stock across paints, hardware, sanitary, and electrical shops and godowns. Dukanam brings billing, inventory, balances, and payments together in affordable software that shopkeepers can use without accounting training or depending on a computer.

CartPlus began with home-based and Instagram sellers whose customers had to wait for a reply to “DM to order”. It gives sellers an online storefront where customers can browse, order, and pay, with WhatsApp commerce and mobile point of sale as the business grows.

After running a YouTube news channel with 2.2 lakh subscribers, I understood how difficult it can be to earn from content. Adency helps creators present verified YouTube and Instagram performance, while brands can find relevant creators and place campaign orders.

IdeaWings grew from conversations with Harindra during our venture-building programme. Together with Amarnath, we set out to help founders move from an initial idea to a working MVP, connecting product analysis, a clear brief, and the first build.

A retail client asked us to track the business brought in by referrals. Revvards connects product QR codes, purchases, and rewards so retailers can recognise the painters, plumbers, carpenters, and other workers recommending their shops—and workers can track and redeem what they earn.

Leadots is an AI-powered platform we use within our own operations. It automates the lead lifecycle and analyses how each lead is handled, helping our teams identify gaps in follow-ups and improve the sales process. It is currently an internal platform.

Conversations with staff about PG food and maintenance brought another issue into focus: good places often went unnoticed. OnlyPGs helps people discover and book PG accommodation, giving owners a way to make available rooms and beds visible to prospective residents.

Built for a retailer with turnover above ₹150 crore, our Accounting & ERP solution covers billing, inventory, purchasing, accounting, and multiple warehouses. It includes item QR-code generation and scanning, and is now available to other retailers as a custom implementation.

Worked as an Assistant Manager delivering enterprise automation and integration solutions within a banking environment using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Automate. Led the development of secure APIs and backend services using C# and the .NET Framework, enforced Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), and improved operational efficiency through automated, compliant business workflows.

Worked as a Technical Specialist delivering enterprise smart automation and business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps. Designed and implemented intelligent workflows, developed custom extensions and integrations using JavaScript and C#, and supported cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure to transform business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Worked as a Consultant delivering smart automation and enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps. Designed and implemented intelligent business workflows, developed custom integrations using JavaScript and C#, and supported cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure to improve process efficiency and scalability for enterprise clients.

Served as a Senior Consultant delivering enterprise digital transformation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps. Led the design and implementation of scalable business applications, automated workflows, and data-driven systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams on digital product and design system initiatives.

Worked as a Consultant at Srireina Technologies, delivering data-driven digital marketing and automation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps. Designed and customized business applications, automated marketing and reporting workflows, and enabled performance-driven decision-making through integrated data insights.

Worked as a Project Engineer at Wipro, contributing to enterprise digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps. Developed and customized business applications, automated data entry and workflow processes, and supported system integrations to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy for enterprise clients.

Completed an internship at Wipro, supporting enterprise application development and business process automation initiatives. Assisted in configuring and testing Microsoft Dynamics–based solutions, contributed to Power Apps development for internal workflows, and collaborated with senior engineers to analyze requirements, validate data flows, and improve operational efficiency for enterprise systems.

Started our first company in Guntur with Amarnath Maddireddy while we were engineering classmates at KL University. D4Devs was where our working partnership began.

Created a free, location-based blood-donor platform with Amarnath Maddireddy after helping a professor’s family search for A-negative blood. The project connected patients with nearby registered donors.

Started a digital news YouTube channel after the 2019 general elections and grew its audience to about 2.2 lakh subscribers. I sold the venture after losses; the experience later helped shape Adency’s focus on creator income.
